Q. Can I purchase a product and get shipped overseas?

Yes! we do ship overseas.

Q. How long does it take to deliver my order?

In India, the standard delivery time for orders placed on our website is ten business days. Overseas shipments may take time upto 20 days. However, for customers who require expedited delivery, we do offer express shipping options that can be requested at the time of placing the order. Q. Can I customize an Avatar Arts order?

Yes, we do offer customization on some of our products. We are currently undertaking customizations in marble stone idols and artifacts. In brass products, we undertake customization only with a finish of your choice, and that too in a few products. If you are interested in customizing products, you can contact us on Whatsapp or email us for further details. 

 Q. Can I still modify or cancel my order after the order has been placed?

An order cannot be canceled once it has been dispatched. If the order has not been dispatched, then the order can be modified upon request. 

Q. What should I do if a product I received is faulty or damaged?

We sincerely regret any inconvenience you may have faced. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a picture of the defective product. You must send us an unboxing video to start the return process. We will provide you with a replacement product. Please note that refunds are not available for faulty or damaged products. Q. Do you allow customers to pay by cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is a payment method that we accept for orders. This facility is serviceable only in India and is applicable only for products whose value is less than or equal to 10,000/. Allow us to check serviceability at your pin code. Please contact us on Whatsapp at +91 9538881565 for the same.

Q. Can I still order a product even if it's sold out on your website?

 Yes, you can! If you're interested in a product sold out on our website, simply message us on WhatsApp at +91 9538881565. We'll be happy to assist you and make the product available for you.

 Q. Do you offer gift wrapping for your products?

 Yes, we would love to do that for you for no extra cost. Kindly mention it in the order instruction box during checkout.

Q. How to clean our products?

 Always use a clean cloth and wipe with gentle hands

(Remember, Handcrafted Products are Delicate!)

 In the case of Brass, never use harsh chemicals like Brass Cleaners, Pitambari Etc.

Take a piece of cotton, dip it in any oil, and rub it on the product. The oil will attract all the dust and make your product new!
